компания "approvalmax" approvalmax is looking for a lead qualification manager (lqm) to join our company. this role reports to the cmo and has a dotted line to the inside sales team lead. you will be responsible for working collaboratively with the marketing and sales team to ensure all leads generated from global marketing programmes are enriched and ready to be handed over to the sales team to work on. you will be asking critical questions to better understand what a warm or hot lead might be looking for, and ensure we have a full picture of the leads that come into our crm every day, before we start working on them. responsibilities: managing daily inbound marketing leads from events, webinars, our website, and social media platforms. responsible for enhancing, verifying, and correcting information for a lead using online tools. assigning different lead statuses such as cold lead, pre-mql, mql, etc. determine sales potential prior to assigning them to the sales team and providing a daily picture of hot, warm, or cold leads that present the best opportunities to sell to. meet department targets and individual kpis agreed with by the cmo and inside sales team lead. prepare a weekly lead qualification report documenting lead qualification progress and results. attend the daily marketing stand up and all sales meetings to provide updates on numbers and qualification. experience/requirements experience in a role working with leads. good communication skills and updating different team members on progress every step of the way. ability to work fast and scan information quickly on websites. must be able to follow a process and find ways to improve the process if it is not working. high attention to detail and accurate data input. experience providing team updates and daily reporting. this role is: full-time and permanent. 100% remote.
