компания "expertise group,тоо" work location: atyrauwork pattern: 5/2 qualification & experience requirements: • bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or scientific discipline. • 6 years of environmental or equivalent (engineering) experience in oil and gas industry/consultancy, including at least 2-3 years in air emission and ghg management: o preparation/coordination of environmental deliverables through a project’s lifecycle, including but not limited to risk assessment, mitigation measures, bat, eias, environmental protection plans, monitoring programs, emission standards projects, emission permit applications o preparation and/or analysis of environmental reporting and/or monitoring data and corresponding activity data o definition [and implementation] measures to improve environmental protection/mitigate impacts to alarp level • good understanding of environmental law on permitting air emissions and greenhouse gases management within rok advantageous qualifications/experience • msc in an environmental protection or related discipline. • experience as an environmental regulator (inspector, expert) and/or consultant • experience in iso 14064, 14067, 14001, advanced skills on ghg&ee management is desirable required competences: • understanding rok air and ghg emissions regulations and standards • understanding of technical data and documentation and advise on compliance • ability to work in a multicultural, multinational team • ability to work as team player to support other team players in achieving project objectives • excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in english. • demonstrating capability to initiate changes, propose new approaches, addressing new challenges kazakh, russian and english languages, writing and speakin
