компания "1pt / уан поинт" we are looking for a project manager/scrum mster to join a project delivering innovative sports-betting and casino products to the uk’s highly competitive betting marketplace. the product that you are going to be working on is one of the leading platform providers in the sports betting and igaming sector. with an ever-increasing client base spanning across various countries and continents, you’ll be joining the team at an exciting time as it grows, and the journey accelerates rapidly in continuing to achieve great success this is a fantastic opportunity to work with a strong international team focused on product delivery. in addition, this case will become a key one in your international portfolio. and the experience gained will pump you to several levels at once. the main and routine functions of the project manager/scrum master are to: interface with ceos and their contract groups. follow-up with the managers and updаtеthe staffing plans for the project team. get answers to project questions from the management. responsible for putting together documentation packages required to go through all the approval with first parties. coordinate and create the means required to ensure the proper flow of information throughout the project. proactively organize team meetings or other types of meetings whenever necessary to keep the team updated with the status of the project. ensure that the various planning, communication and tracking tools are properly implemented and updated. manage certain aspects of game production and special projects whenever necessary. the role will be working within an agile framework and will be required to collaborate with cross-functional teams and demonstrate strong leadership and coaching abilities. (sprint planning & agile ceremonies i.e. stand-ups, planning, backlog refinement, demos, retrospectives). deep understanding of agile metrics (tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.) to analyzeand improve sprint planning requirements: fluent in english (upper-intermediate). higher education. excellent communication skills. extensive knowledge of the microsoft suite. knowledge of agile(scrum enviroment, jira, confluence). the ideal candidate will be: self-confident and autonomous. excellent presentation, organization, time management, and cross-department communication skills. ability to quickly adapt to changes and work effectively under pressure. strong negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.
