компания "kaz minerals russia llc" responsibilities: implementation of automated drill system chr(40)adschr(41) including management of ads and traditional operating delays; on board and collaborate with explosives supply contractor to implement blasting program; accountable for development and implementation of the drilling and blasting operating controls, programs, systems and processes to include (operating expenses, capital budget, workforce planning, development and design of the drilling and blasting program, development of processes to support mine operations, maintenance, mine planning, ore control and downstream customers); lead the fragmentation portion of a drill to mill fragmentation program; work collaboratively with mine operations, maintenance, mine engineering, support services, plant business areas and explosives contractor to achieve all business plan objectives; accountable for the output of the drilling and blasting team including staffing plans; review progress and cost tracking reports and make corrections to execution as required; assist in investigating incidents, near misses, damage or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are adequate. requirements: extensive (greater than 10 years) drilling and blasting experience at large hard-rock operations; 15 yearschr(39) mine operations and/or mine engineering experience overall; open pit mining experience; english - intermediate; artic or cold weather drilling and blasting experience is desirable; experience with autonomous or semi-autonomous drilling systems is desirable; bsc in mining engineering or equivalent experience; strong character with exceptional leadership and management skills; readiness to travel to site whenever needed. conditions: direct contract with kaz minerals russia llc; work schedule: regular work week (5/2); competitive salary and benefits; location: moscow, russia (later on - rotation to chukotka).
