компания "dins" we are looking for a passionate c++ software developer and technical expert with a broad outlook who can lead others by his own example. you will join our brilliant telco infrastructure engineering team to lead other software developers and qa engineers in building cloud telephony services and executing on our challenging technical roadmap. responsibilities: lead in the design, implementation,and support of business-critical telephony services using modern c++ technologies. work with our architecture folks on converting high-level functional specification into actionable low-level design and implementation tasks for your team. gather requirements and maintain the technical backlog of your team. manage a team of up to 6 engineers, conduct 1-on-1 meetings, set goals and assess performance results. work with other teams and build effective cross-team communication and collaboration. qualifications & skills: 5+ years of back-end development experience. excellent c++ programming skills, experience with c++14 and newer standards. experience designing and implementing high-performance highly available solutions. hands-on experience with kafka, docker, kubernetes. excellent understanding of agile methodologies (scrum, kanban). good spoken and written communication skills in english. knowledge of voip telephony (sip, rtp/rtcp, etc) is a plus. experience with a public cloud is a plus. experience with python scripting is a plus. conditions: work for foreign company (georgia), further relocation to spain or estonia. relocation bonus. well-coordinated professional team. cutting edge technologies, interesting and challenging tasks, dynamic project, great opportunities for self-realization, professional and career growth. job placement and payment of salary take place according to the labor code, as well as vacation and sick lists. corporate training programs, english language courses.
