компания "access softek (ип гурфинг михаил григорьевич)" access softek started developing software 30 years ago in berkeley, california. now, we have offices all over the united states and around the world, and are growing by the day! our software is in use by over 350+ financial institutions, helping them to reach millions of customers and shape communities across the country. working schedule: from 4 am till 12 am pst time zone (2 pm - 10 pm eet). responsibilities: maintain a schedule of the program increment (pi) according to the safe framework: iterations, events, holidays and meeting logistics — for 11 distributed scrum teams. balance schedules against multinational holidays, the needs of the teams, and the needs of customers. facilitate the operations of a 20-person product management team. additional administrative projects as needed. lead and coordinate recurring meetings on the regular basis schedule and coordinate meetings upon requests follow up on discussions if needed, summarize results to the whole team via email and readiness to provide additional helpful information upon request requirements: ​excellent written and spoken english is a must experience in planning and administration demonstrate ability to work independently and be a team player at the same time good documentation management skills maintain up-to-date agenda for company-level training, including posts on facebook familiarity with schedule assistant in ms teams, outlook in particular (main settings, meetings scheduler, reports, etc.) good communication skills, proactive position, ability to go the extra mile if needed without waiting for the request from your lead flexible hours include some overlap with u.s. pacific time (18:00-22:00 eet). as plus: experience working with software teams and distributed teams familiarity with agile methodologies, especially scrum experience working with management tools (confluence, jira) analytical background terms: ​work from anywhere in the world! compensation vacation (15 day off in a year). global corporate events for all employees. internet compensation ($50 per month).
