компания "betternations ltd" about nation.better: nation.better is the uk’s first technology platform, powered by the latest developments in natural language processing (nlp) and machine learning (ml), that streamlines and optimises immigration processes, while significantly reducing immigration advisory cost, and providing clear guidance and compliance services to individuals and businesses. we are developing a b2b software-as-a-service (saas) solution for organisations who employ talent that require uk work visas, to make immigration support truly digital, sustainable and innovative, significantly disrupting existing traditional manual, expensive and highly administrative processes. the role we are currently looking for a highly motivated, results-driven individual to join us remotely. we are looking for dedication and commitment, someone who will be responsible for managing our candidates and walking them through the recruitment process, as well as preparing them for client interviews. you will be managing the recruitment process end-to-end, so the ability to independently make decisions and solve problems is required, as well as a focus on effective and quality communication with candidates and clients. if you are excited by the opportunity to work for a welcoming, innovative and forwarding-thinking start-up company, then we want to hear from you! responsibilities: managing your own workload within a specialised area - recruitment; setting up and documenting operational procedures and processes for recruitment activities, improving and/or automating where necessary; growing and engaging with a client base, building and maintaining relationships, and managing vacancies throughout the full lifecycle; sourcing skilled candidates via headhunting, advertising, networking, and screening via interviews; ensuring all relevant compliance paperwork is completed including candidate references, id checks, certifications, etc.; producing detailed and impactful cvs that generate interview requests; providing a consultative, personalised, and value-added service to candidates ensuring that they are prepared effectively for interviews; managing both candidate and client expectations, negotiating at the offer stage, and ensuring a positive outcome for all parties; support the other team members with some ad-hoc tasks if necessary. key requirements: 2+ years experience in recruitment/talent acquisition; experience working in a start-up environment with little or no dedicated support with a high degree of autonomy; impeccable english written and verbal communication skills at all levels by all means - in person, on the phone, via email and on video chats; effective communication and desire to help people achieve their goals; experience in using and managing crm (hubspot or similar), building a recruitment and applicant tracking processes there; self starter, proactive, driven, persistent, energetic and resilient personality; someone with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, coupled with a friendly and approachable manner; good project management skills; ability to adapt to a constantly evolving work environment and willingness to wear multiple hats as well as perform routine tasks where necessary. what you’ll get in return. develop your recruitment experience and have a real impact on the growth of the business; fast-paced start-up environment where you can see your role and responsibilities grow; working closely with every aspect of the business; youchr(39)ll be part of a great team and a great culture, although remotely, but we have fun.
