компания "henkel russia" due to the goal to strengthen and develop our local purchasing practicies we are looking for candidates for purchasing specialist position to contribute to it&professional services categories with reporting line to head of ims, rpo & logistics. purchasing department, moscow is a strategic sourcing hub for russia. responsibilities: perform purchasing activities for it category: run indirect material & services (ims) sourcing events & negotiations in alignment with regional category management. run local sourcing activities and negotiate agreements with local suppliers. initiate and gate-keep onboarding of local suppliers. analyze the local ims supplier base and identify potential for source to pay (stp) automation. manage local supplier evaluations & slas. crisis handling: support in resolving product/services crisis situation. to be first it category contact for business partners: supplier management and issue resolution for it category. support resolution of stp issues raised by business partners (non-commercials). first contact for local audits related to stp & ims. ensure continuous improvement & implementation of best-in-class processes & systems: coordinate implementation of strategic purchasing projects and programs in the cis region. act as key user for stp process in erp/purchasing systems. run training related to regional initiatives and projects. foster regional stp process optimization. requirements: higher education 3+ yearschr(39) work experience in it purchasing preferably in an international environment. knowledge of respective it markets as an advantage. english language is essential (intermediate+) pc skills: ms office, as an advantage - sap experience in project implementation and organizational changes good experience and skills in project management with positive communication style and well developed soft-skills agile, motivated, pro-active, self-directed, enegretic what we offer: a unique opportunity to drive forward local market and an extensive work experience in constantly changing environment compensation depends on experience and will be discussed individually (salary+yearly bonus) mobile phone compensation lunches medical and life insurance after 3 months hybrid work model well-being program sick leave is compensated by the company extended paid vacation (31 calendar days per year) opportunity to join a vibrant culture of trust and belonging
