Duties & Responsibilities: Manage payroll input processing and checking between Service now ticketing and workday interface Escalate issues to payroll specialist as needed. Provide technical payroll input on any payroll process Prepare and manage payroll activities in accordance with local compliance/legislation. Process regular and ad-hoc payroll reporting Payroll processing flexible benefits from external providers Preparation of absence report for payroll Support payroll audits and internal control activities Requirements: Knowledge of external regulation relevant to payroll is an advantage and a track record of managing within regulations, particularly regulatory bodies for payroll and benefit taxes Demonstrable experience of dealing with complex employer compliance issues Able to build and adapt payroll processes Basic general ledger understanding and how payroll interacts with finance Ability to manage connections with HR, Finance and other internal and external stakeholders Able to work accurately and calmly to tight deadlines Able to work effectively within a dynamic and changing environment, adapting at short notice where needed Resilient character, able to cope with multiple demands At least Intermediate level of English We offer: An inspiring challenge within Global company Career opportunities and personalized development Professional and social benefits Great support for good health with medical coverage options Hybrid working schedule
