Global Affiliate Manager ClickNation is an international marketing agency, specializing in e-commerce business in the US market. Job type: Full Remote opportunity Job Description Summary: The Affiliate Manager will drive revenue by managing our partnership networks portfolio. He/she will recrute new affiliates and provide KPIs that contribute to a global market expansion strategy and meet our company’s monetization goals Job Requirements: * Manage affiliate relationships in a fast-paced and revenue-driven environment * Negotiate and optimise current deals in order to maximise ROI on a mutual basis * implement new affiliate campaigns based on performance analysis * Participate in A/B testing roadmap for the affiliate channel focusing on targeting enhancement and offer optimisation * Be one step ahead of the competition by keeping up with day to day market trends * Strong understanding of affiliate network and affiliate's business goals and focus areas Top Requirements: * Full written and spoken proficiency in English is required, additional languages considered as a plus * 2+ years of business experience in affiliate/client management is mandatory * Experience in performance marketing and online acquisition *Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and developing solutions to a complex problems Job Responsibilities: * Growing the network of affiliates. Outreach, negotiations, onboarding * Manage key affiliate accounts, being in a constant communication with top affiliates, analyse the performance on a daily basis and provide recommendations on how to grow sales * Support other account managers with data in order to enhance campaigns implementation process and its further optimisation * Creation of program level revenue plans using data and deploying levers to hit revenue goals * Work with cross functional teams on value driving initiatives - e.g. content team, operations team * Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner Working at ClickNation: Fast moving environment and opportunity to solve unique business challenges International working environment Opportunity to work fully remote in a US or Australia time zone Competitive salary Flexible working hours
