This is an exciting opportunity to join innovative investment management startup with focus on European / US / Asian markets in a highly regarded field. You will be working as a lead designer closely with developers’ team. Your primary goal will be to design great app and other interfaces across multiple platforms such as iOS, Android, Windows and mobile web. Please note that for this role to be successful it is expected that you have good understanding of equity markets, investment process and stock charts. We also expect you to be an investor yourself having at least 2-3 years’ experience investing in global equities. Responsibilities: Develop intuitive, usable, engaging and best in class interactions and visual designs for mobile investing app Participate in full cycle of development process through design – build – test – release and maintenance. Work together with development team to find most efficient tech / design solutions Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the mobile design field to implement those in key product features Requirements: Strong graphic design skills, with a good understanding of typography, intuitive layouts and palate development. Essential understanding of equity markets, investment process and stock charts. Strong ability to recognize and predict use-cases and user interaction, including happy path, edge and corner cases, and incorporate them into designs. Proven ability to deliver high quality designs to customers. Expert level skills in Photoshop, InvisionApp, UXPin and other relevant design tools. Deep understanding of Apple’s human interface design guidelines, Android design and other mobile platform designs, including Google’s material design. Ability to self-manage and deliver on deadlines under mostly remote work settings Great communication skills Compensation and terms: The project is divided into two phases: 1) fixed term contract to develop MVP 2) employment Base remuneration + KPI Location: 80% remote with occasional team meetings in selected locations (Europe / Asia)
