компания "bonduelle" this position is in charge of building an effective supply chain and applying expertise in the field of logistics business processes through automation. responsibilities develop supply chain automation strategy, review project statuses ensure our automation strategy is well implemented. identify process inefficiencies, recommend changes for improved performance through automation and lead their implementation. lead digital and efficiency projects. create and manage cross-functional teams for delivering critical digital initiatives. continuously reflect on how to best design standard, flexible and scalable solution. align with the stakeholders to understand automation requirements and match them with available solutions. furthermore, challenge and review the proposals of the internal team and vendors, understand their offering and take responsibility on the final design proposal. during the ramp up phase, together with the project team: ensure that the concept design is translated in a viable implementable detailed design; manage the completion of all systems’ functional specifications and interface specifications; ensure automation projects are successfully implemented. understand market trends and refine existing standards by conducting market research. manage interfaces to all automation suppliers through understanding their design enhancements and new products research industry digital standards and best practices for supply chain processes. develop external networking to provide competitive intelligence. make sure all key- and end-users are trained well enough to process activities in different systems. on a daily basis, advice end users to ensure mitigation of any risks linked to automation activities. ensure master data management process is working in accordance with business requirements collaborate and keep strong alignment with central help desk team in terms of different projects and initiatives’ implementation required experience & qualifications higher education (specialization in economics or technical disciplines are desirable) successful experience in large-scale automation projects’ implementation (erp, track and trace etc) master data management understanding of supply chain management processes excellent communication and facilitation skills highly organized, result-oriented, demonstrated leadership skills able to meet objectives with minimal supervision work collaboratively and in ambiguity resolve customer issues analyze and effectively communicate business, financial and technical impacts english – upper-intermediate and above
