компания "asd technologies" novakid invites an hr operations head to join our team at novakidschool, the #1 online english school for kids in eu/asia. our customers come from more than 30 countries all over the world. we have 80k+ students and 2k+ teachers. our international team is proud of 450+ developers / support managers and marketing gurus.responsibilities:- describes, supports, develops and automates hr processes - planning / registration and hiring / onboarding;- describes and creates new processes for training and adaptation: 360 degree evaluation about the employeechr(39)s first month, including employees’ feedback;- supports / develops/ maintains - payroll that includes grades, positions;- distributes tasks among recruiters, automates, processes and analyzes recruitment statistics- develops regulations for the use of recruitment software/describes and suggests interview report standards. assesses personnel compliance with recruitment standards developed;- manages all hr automation tasks: for example, time-off bot, etc.- deals with internal and external pr, e.g. employee welcome-books;- performs other hr related tasks and assignments.requirements:- strong process development and description background preferably in hr-leading position - be ready to demonstrate cases;- good record with automating processes - cases again;- fluent spoken and written english at least c1; other eu-languages including russian is a plus.- black belt in excel/google sheets - loves to work with figures; - extremely details attentive;you will hardly fit in if:- your experience is limited to being a chief accountant or head of payroll or head of "кадровый учет и документооборот";- you are an hr lead or just a recruiter without hands-on processes automation and/or performance-360 experience; - you are trying to avoid work with your hands. some work canchr(39)t be delegated even to your subordinates; - lack of international experience, russian-specific only; - you donchr(39)t understand some words in this position description :)we offer:- opportunity to be a part of the fast-growing company with world-class investors and global scale;- work where you live - this is a 100% remote role (can use co-working);- a world-class team of professionals;- a chance to build a product that improves future of millions of children across the globe;- great compensation package with high upside stock options
