компания "кентек сахалин текникл сервисиз" the employee performs the following responsibilities:2.1 provides support all required commissioning start up activities.2.2 assists the (engineering, procurement and construction) epc with electrical commissioning and operation and maintenance initial operation support.2.3 monitors the quality and effectiveness of the work performed by epc contractor in regard to preparation and execution activities.2.4 carries out appropriate discipline and inter discipline checks and reviews of engineering and design work to ensure design integrity of the plant.2.5 provides guidance and input in to epc in the management of csu electrical interfaces to ensure detailed design includes commissioning and start up design criteria.2.6 develops commissioning and startup logic and ensures the philosophy aligns with the project cost, production and hse targets.2.7 develops commissioning budget and any third party’s services and vendor call off plan and requirements.2.8 ensures that sufficient details and deliverables are developed to identify the required spares for commissioning and two years operations.2.9 assists the operations readiness and assurance team in development of training plans and maintenance strategy2.10 develops system and sub system completion strategy and marked up process engineering flow schemes (pefs) aligned with the identified startup logic.2.11 leads the development and completion of the project commissioning procedures and gives input to the multi discipline procedures.2.12 assists with the overall manning plan and resource strategy.2.13 leads team composed of csu electrical technicians, supervisors, engineers and vendors.2.14 gives relevant csu input to requisitions for equipment and miscellaneous items as required.2.15 develop startup philosophy and handover vcr (verification certificate of readiness)/sof (statement of fitness) completion strategy. ensures that all philosophies are communicated and embedded in the scope of work for the epc and the operations organization2.16 provides input to the integrated plan and interfacing csu activities with construction.2.17 participates in improving qualifications and development of russian nationals within the structural unit in connection with the implementation of russianization program.2.18 performs other tasks received from line manager and performs all other responsibilities required for fulfilment of the tasks and functions assigned to the org.unit. основные инженерно-технологические работы: - установка сепарации газа; - установка компримирования газа; - факельная система вд и система закрытого дренажа; - система топливного и уплотнительного газа; - система азота; - система воздуха кип и технического воздуха. требования: высшее профильное образование (асутп, элекроэнергетика); опыт работы в данной должности по пусконаладке от 5ти лет; условия: место работы: обтк лунское, район крайнего севера; вахтовый цикл: 6недель вахта/6недель межвахта; 11часовой рабочий день; отпуск 52 календарных дня в год; транспортировка (авиа/жд), проживание, питание, сиз предоставляются.
