компания "стамгазстрой" responsibilities: this role is required to work within ktl switchgear upgrade (ksu) project construction team. ksu civil & mechanical construction representative will work in the field along with the civil and mechanical construction contractors in order to ensure efficient construction performance by coordinating interdisciplinary and area work fronts with other discipline construction representatives. ksu civil & mechanical construction representative is the first line of safety for the project and will take a lead role in performing the following activities: proactively ensuring implementation of site safety and security procedures and requirements, and by providing support for hes roles and responsibilities. working with the completions, ops, and quality teams to define systems, components and quality documentation requirements. ensuring that their area of construction is built in conformance with project specifications and drawings, standards, quality requirements, schedules and work instructions. ensuring detailed planning is accomplished for their area and communicated at the foreman level for field work, while maintaining safe working conditions and proper security for the project. inspecting to verify and authorizing acceptance by signature on construction checks and quality inspection documents on behalf of tco construction. reviewing works to verify completeness and accuracy according to procedures and afc engineering drawings and by authorizing acceptance by signing the as-builds. ensuring erection of facilities is performed and completed in accordance with project safe practices, design specifications, afc drawings, quality and regulatory requirements. working closely with the permit coordinator to ensure clear understanding of the full scope of work each day and by reporting daily activities to construction supervisor and planner, and by resolving day-to-day construction issues as necessary. providing or arranging training as necessary to ensure tco and contractors construction teams including craft workers have required knowledge of project requirements to perform work and avoid rework and associated costs requirements: education requirement: bachelor’s degree in civil engineering experience: not less than 10 years in construction (3 years of them in tco projects) deep/shallow foundations, structural steel work, piping work, knowledge of tco safety rules and instructions, ptw, jha, working at height/dropped objects, lifting and rigging, breathing air work, vacuum truck operations, isolation of hazardous energy, excavations. ability to read technical drawings and documentation. confident user of microsoft office (excel, word). coordination and control skills in planning works and tasks conditions: 28/28 tengiz
