компания "филиал ооо китайская национальная химико-инженерная строительная компания №7" обязанности: organize and coordinate the process of all regulatory reviews required as per regulations of russian federation (rf) and cis countries (on as needed basis), including but not limited to: project documentation according to governmental decree #87, state expert review and state environmental expert review, industrial safety expert review, certification of equipment and materials. arrange and coordinate trainings for the company’s personnel to comply with the requirements of sro and rf norms provide consultancy regarding the interpretation, impact, and implementation of rf norms participate in reviews and formulation of technical solutions for the client in part of design basis, scope of work, initial data, kick-off meeting identify potential sub-contractors in the relevant field, conduct pre-qualification reviews and participate in the final selection schedule and coordinate discipline work to deadlines and within financial budgets review vendor/contractor regulatory documentation, including trcu certificates, equipment passports, etc. provide regular reporting to the project team and company’s management требования: master degree in engineering (process, mechanical, industrial safety or equal) at least 7 years’ experience in oil&gas or petrochemical industry excellent knowledge of the russian federation requirements to the project execution, starting from pd development and up to mechanical completion. proven experience in arranging/participating in state expert review, state environmental expert review and industrial safety expert review experience working in regulatory role in international epc company will be an advantage good english speaking skills (upper-intermediate) условия: contract as per rf labor code work in moscow office schedule: regular 5/2 week, from 9 am till 6 pm
