компания "стамгазстрой" responsibilities report to the re quality management manager. interface with other tco fe groups quality and nde related questions. champion the implementation of quality management systems and processes for all non destructive testing carried out by tco, tco contractors and sub-contractors. review and approval of contractor and vendor non-destructive testing procedures and related quality management documents. continuous oversight and surveillance of tco contractors and sub contractors to assure compliance to tco engineering standards and rok requirements. play a key role in revising tco instructions, procedures, and specifications according to the annual plan. use sme competence to provide conclusion on acceptability of new regulatory documents developed for similar chevron facilities. provide qm expert support to different tco engineering group leads and ensure active participation at project planning and development stages. hands on inspection and nde as a sme (subject matter expert) when required must be experienced and respected as a sme (subject matter expert) in your respective field of influence. review and approval of radiographic techniques, films and reports, ultrasonic testing report, magnetic testing reports, dye penetrant testing reports and hardness testing reports. control of contractors/laboratories nde specialist qualification performance testing including witnessing qualification tests and continuous oversight of qualification compliance. assist in the development of a quality manual, quality plans and procedures and implementation of quality management procedures within your functional area. develop and execute with tco lead auditor a planned audit schedule of tco contractors, subcontractors, nde laboratories and vendors. plan, supervise and conduct quality audits and field surveillance of work practices. provide oversight of contractors nde, including radiography procedures, licensing and radiation safety practices. participate in training and tco staff development planning, mentor, provide guidance and participate in career development of team members play active role in effectively implementing operational excellence, value improving, and preventive action team programs. proactively identify and assist in applying best practices and lessons learned and gaining implementation of actions necessary to improve performance. play active role in deployment of safety culture. ensure implementation and compliance of all contractor and tco safety programs (chesm etc). participate in tco safety programs and other safety initiatives. requirements higher level education is mandatory, degree in an engineering or related technical field. must hold eu level iii or kz level iii certification in ut & rt nde methods. iso 9001:2015 and iso 17025 certified auditor. must have a good knowledge of rok regulations for welders certifications and knowledge of asme ix must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior ndt discipline role. must have previous experience of welder qualification and testing. must have previous experience of production operations, maintenance in the oil & gas industry, and experience of major plant t/a’s. strong quality background and leadership experience on large projects including quality audits and surveillance functions. strong written and verbal communication skills. english language skills - level 4 as per tco scale computer literacy in qms and mms systems. dedicated to the deployment of strong safety culture and delivery of exemplary safety performance. conditions 28\28 tengiz, atyrau
