компания "стамгазстрой" almaty 5\2 responsibilities: act as the interface with the rhi and contractor qs team to ensure that the current site data and execution methodology is being used for boaq updates, resolve queries on preamble interpretation and other boaq matters, updаtеthe site team on quantity trends etc.coordinate the bill of quantity take-offs with the rhi team and contractor to maintain an accurate databaseonsite maintenance of the quantity / manhours and production of updated boq reports on a discipline / area basisassist in the physical assessment / verification of contractors’ progress and as-installed quantities.re-measurement and agreement of final as-installed quantities with contractor.input to the generation and agreement of "star" rates for new work scopes / items.estimation of new work requests and scope changes; negotiation and agreement of same with contractor.maintain registers and logs of potential claim items to assist claims avoidance and mitigation; assists in the evaluation of claims,assists with preparation of narratives for reports, analyses achievements, costs, and their likely effects on remaining scope of work.reconciliation of final measure / final accounts.perform other duties as assigned. requirements:minimum of 1 year of quantity surveyor experience in fgp 3gi constructionminimum of 15 years of quantity surveyor / estimator experienceminimum 15 years oil & gas or heavy construction projectsworking knowledge of construction execution.past overseas experience preferableknowledge of rhicomms and familiarity with the standard rhi preamble clauses
