компания "brunel russia" responsibilities: be fully aware of power purchase agreement, epc contract, coal supply agreement, o&m agreement and various project agreements and manage the stakeholders effectively in line with the contracts. be effective in responding to the correspondences from various counter parties and ensure the interest of the company is protected. interfaces with senior management team, finance and legal personnel to meet overall project deliverables. establishes procedures for award and administration of any project contracts monitors and manages the company’s various registration documents, certifications, construction permits, project related permits, nocs and work actively to ensure timely renewals. requirements: degree in engineering and/or master’s degree in law. minimum 10 years of experience working with large complex projects in energy, oil & gas industry professional certification in contracts management be able to dive into the details of non-contractual matters such as engineering, cost control, planning and construction in order to provide relevant contractual support fluent in english written and spoken native in russian or uzbek terms: our client is an international company in order to deploy a new project. we are looking for a contracts manager. the candidate will be based on site in navoi with opportunity of working from home some days a month.
