компания "brunel russia" our client is a big international chemical production. there are several production sites in russia and other countries. we seek for large area coating advisor who is available to work in russia with further relocation to europe. functions: proactively generate and deliver process improvements by utilizing spc, data analysis to improve production processes including enhancements in yield, lowering costs and increasing manufacturing uptime. lead continuous improvement, closely with the production, maintenance, development and quality departments. ensure coater conditioning is tracked and becomes well understood: acquire the tools necessary and become proficient at their use. ensure thin film uniformity is continuously improved upon, becoming proficient at improving it. ensure spectral matching is learned and followed: acquire and/or provide the tools necessary and become proficient at their use. establish operating parameters for new processes, conduct optimization experiments. training production operators and working collaboratively with them to improve processes. conduct designed experiments to understand manufacturing processes, improve efficiencies and improve product quality. tune-in and maintain the thin films coatings to provide quality products consistent with customer’s needs. support/manage r&d experiments on production equipment. support in the planning, execution and analysis of these experiments, troubleshooting vacuum coating systems. requirements: bachelorchr(39)s or higher in materials science, chemical, mechanical, manufacturing, ceramic engineering, physics, or one of the engineering disciplines. +5 years of experience in thin film deposition production on site experience in thin film coating product improvement/development experience in code, optilayer, essential mcleod, or other thin film modeling packages. experience in layer stack development process knowledge on fundamentals of magnetron sputtering process such as plasma density, magnetic field strength & uniformity, gas distribution, pumping speed, gas separation, deposition rate. knowledge on fundamentals of magnetron sputtering hardware such as cathode, power generator, gas shower, magnet bar, cooling, pumps, vacuum gauges, in-situ & ex-situ spectral measurement tools. knowledge on fundamentals of thin film coatings such as single & multi-layer properties (uniformity, stoichiometry, function), emissivity, sheet resistance, spectral curve, color deviation knowledge on fundamentals of thin film characterization and quality control methods such as sem, eds, tem, sims, ftir, spectrophotometry, thermal & mechanical tests. experience with statistical methods and analysis. ability to conduct process fmea and smed. ability to generate design of experiments (doe) documentation and execute the plan(s) associated with them. experience in preparing annual department budgets including expense, service, investment, planning, material consumption, maintenance. experience in governance of personal performance systems; defining key personal performance indicators, monitoring team performance, and giving periodic feedback. experience in governance of annual training plans english / russian - fluent. ready to relocate to europe.
