ERP Project Manager (Finance)

компания "kaz minerals russia llc" kaz minerals russia is looking for potential candidates for the position of erp project manager (finance) within finance department in our moscow office. report to: finance director requirements: a minimum of 5-7 years of erp business functional implementation experience; 5 years’ experience in finance, accounting and reporting in mining or industrial companies/ or consulting; experience of managing/supervising a team of at least 2-3 sub-ordinates or minimum 2 years of managerial; 2 – 5 years’ experience mentoring junior staff. a functional professional full lifecycle finance modules (cash management, budgeting, accounting - tax, ras, ifrs) implementations in mining or other heavy industry, preferably in erp system chr(40)1cchr(41); a team leader with full cycle of financial modules erp implementations and/or large scale erp upgrades; a lead resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping practical business solutions, identifying business process implementation, optimization and best-practice initiatives, testing, training, managing go-live and system cutovers, defining support procedures; experience in reporting status and schedules using tools such as ms-project and managing teams; functional design and configuration experience with some combination of the 1c financial modules: tax, ifrs, gl, fa, eams accounts receivables, accounts payables. advanced knowledge of office ms-programs (ms excel, word, powerpoint, access, ms project, ms visio), knowledge of 1c, presentation skills (ms powerpoint). responsibilities: coordinate the implementation of financials applications and related modules in kmru systems. coordinate, process design, system configuration, testing, development specification and end user training for financials applications. develop and coach an effective user and super-user community. review all work processes in 1c for financials applications to ensure correct implementation. anticipate key business issues, and implement comprehensive recommendations coordinate to ensure all required input data are availed and loaded on timely manner into system, sand box and production testing / uats conducted as per defined schedule. participate in the design of high quality application architecture that meets organization’s business requirements. provide analysis, problem resolution and improvement plans for in-scope applications create/review functional designs, test plans and configuration plans for in-scope applications general requirements: general knowledge of accounting, including tax accounting, understanding of accounting business processes; basic knowledge of mining; compliance with high ethical and professional standards of conduct in all aspects of business; willingness to work overtime, depending on project requirements and priorities. ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments within a structured implementation methodology; strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment english: upper - intermediate. conditions: employment specifications: direct contract with kaz minerals russia llc; work schedule: monday-friday: from 9 am till 6 pm competitive salary and benefits: base salary + % bonus payments (annual performance bonus) voluntary medical insurance - employee and 2 family members life insurance - employee vacation: 30 calendar days mobile phone corporate lunches
