компания "johnson & johnson" key tasks:sales plan fulfillment assess sales potential of the territory; create nka strategy to achieve volume, market share and profitability goals; set individual sales and profitability targets for kams aligned with company business plan; conduct regular sales analysis people management overall responsibility for effective people management and development and responsibility for efficient team building; ensure subordinates possess necessary product, sales, communications and reporting skills and work in full compliance with hcc regulation and russian legislation; specify business objectives and identify personal development needs for key account executives & managers; evaluate performance of every subordinate vs. objectives on regular basis; provide and ensure effective reporting by subordinates to direct manager and support functions; coordinate key account executeves’ & managers’ efforts implementing cross-regional projects and initiatives; market intelligence comprehensive knowledge of the cl industry; work with marketing to develop, follow and report for the regional strategy implementation; research and provide account/territory statistics and performance;monitor market development; work with ped to communicate with key opinion leaders regarding professional education, research, other development opportunities;perform competitive analysis demand planning forecast sales volumes in reference to key customers and products work with supply chain to build and improve forecasting processes distribution management create and implement distribution management strategy effective distribution partner management communicate with kas assuring they are adequately familiar with products’ features and fully compliant with hcc regulation and russian legislation; key qualifications: higher education (medical education or degree in life sciences is a plus) master’s degree in business is a plus proven record in management to align internal processes to increase efficiencies, and facilitate decision-making not less than 5 years of people management experience not less than 7 years of business experience (strong experience in communication with key accounts preferably in medical related sphere, at least 2 years of experience in sales) channel management experience experience of working with e-com approximately 70% travel may be required english – fluent level is mandatory excellent leadership skills ability to understand market and strategy development from the product and geographic points of view demonstrated group process and facilitation skills demonstrated experience in project management excellent verbal, written and presentation skills to all levels of the organization demonstrated flexibility to thrive in a continuously changing environment ability to gain alignment and ultimately drive decisions
