компания "indriver" indriver — as an international passenger transportation service. we create a global high-tech product that changes the lives of millions of people all over the world for the better. we are among the top 3 mobile services for ordering rides in the world - 100 million installations, 1 billion trips, 645 cities in 45 countries of the world. what are you going to do: managing the t&e function and team: build, develop and manage a global travel and expense function and its team that consist of travel, visa services and expense management; provide strong leadership to subordinates and team with influence, manage remote team effectively; effectively assigns work, sets priorities, reviews results, provides performance feedback, sets goals aligned with company priorities, helps team develop to their full potential plan the recruitment plan, budgeting for the function and team; establish and monitor annual and quarterly okr. develop and improve t&e processes and programs: create and execute the strategic t&e programs across the organization; analyze the current tools and processes and make recommendations for improvements; expand and maintain the network of various suppliers globally: strategic sourcing, selection and day-to-day supplier management; lead global project and negotiate deals in order to facilitate best practices; own all corporate travel processes and continuously improve them to achieve an operational efficiency; analyze and monitor compliance. manage all corporate travel policies, identify and implement improvements; manage all global ap; manage and build regularly analytics for t&e spend. liaison with stakeholders: build strong collaborations with internal stakeholders especially finance, accounting and hr teams; work closely with internal stakeholders to optimize corporate spend; create and develop key operational/performance metrics and report it to the upper management; provide an excellent service to customers; bring a highly internal customers centric approach; manage the “helpdesk” inbox channels and resolve employees inquiries on expense report, payment policies, procedures and practices, incidents. our wishes: 10+ years of experience in the travel industry; 5+ years of experience in the management of travel and expense; 5+ years of leadership experience including experience managing remote teams across the globe; experience and proven record of negotiating with and managing suppliers; experience in accounting and finance including experience with travel expense analysis; project management experience; knowledge in process management methodology; excellent written and verbal communications skills; professional & service-oriented mentality; exceptional problem solver and self starter; sabre or other gds system skills required; excellent organizational skills; bilingual in english and russian we offer: hybrid work schedule with the possibility of part-time remote employment; unlimited opportunities for professional and career growth, regular external and internal training from our partners; we will have discuss relocation package; partially or fully paid additional training courses, including english classes; the opportunity to become part of an international team of professionals and nice people who create one of the coolest success stories in the global it industry. for us, our employees are the most valuable asset of the company. we make sure that the office space is as comfortable as possible for work and leisure. the office has a cozy kitchen, a game room and relaxation areas. we hold various corporate and thematic events that help us in our work and make our life brighter.
