компания "аксофт" axoft – global service it-distributor. axoft is a part of softline group (lse: sftl, hq - london). softline group has revenue 2.2 bln usd and covers 60+ countries in regions europe, latin america, middle east, apac, cis. being a part of softline group axoft is 100% focused on partner channel sales. we are distributor for key it vendors with focus on cyber security, devops, it-optimization. axoft azerbaijan is part of the business group axoft international that unites 8 countries (eastern europe, turkey, central asia, vietnam). we have current operation in baku, azerbaijan with strong plans to grow – new vendor’s partnerships, investment plan to enlarge team and build local expertise. we are looking for country manager who will lead transformation and growth for our operation in azerbaijan. leadership skills and big ambitions in it market are strongly required. role tasks (country manager): main task – build solid and loyal channel of resellers/si/service providers, identify, and recruit new partners to axoft partner program to deliver solution and services from vendors. leadership in building local team of experts in channel sales, solution selling, presales maintaining and cultivating long-term relationships with existing partners and key customers to generate opportunities in new business, cross- and up-sales of very innovative and unique cyber security solutions developing and implementing the sales strategies with partners through strategic account analysis, effective customer profiling, action planning and implementation of managed account plans proactively creating strategic plays to enable solution selling and create high value opportunities accurate business planning across territory, tracking of key transactions and projects, making a sales forecast. pipeline and forecast management. consulting with marketing team to execute marketing activity across partner channel vendor portfolio management in azerbaijan, building strong and effective relationships with vendor’s teams location: baku, azerbaijan
