Concierge

Four Seasons Hotel Moscow team is searching for the Concierge.Responsibilities: handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; assisting guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc; informing guests upon request on: activities available in the city (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing); providing information, ticketing, and reservations for guests; assuring that desk collateral and information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current; processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail, which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner; preparing reports, records and correspondence including books/programs of guest correspondence records Requirements: experience in similar position in international hotel brand not less than 2 years; knowledge to operate hotel systems; fluent English; excellent communicational and interpersonal skills Conditions: professional team; opportunities for growth and development; benefits package In your cover letter, please tell us which three restaurants would you recommend to our guests?
