компания "dataart" client dataart’s client is a eu-based company, which works in the edtech domain. their main product is a well-known learning management system, designed to be a flexible training and education solution for other businesses. project overview the main task of dataart’s team will be to augment the client team and take over the development cycle from business analysis and testing to development in one of clientchr(39)s development squads. this is an already existing application with an extensive code base and it will be necessary for our specialists to sort it out. position overview to help the client grow, we’re in search of an experienced and open-minded professional with strong skills in team-leading areas and product management, and advanced knowledge of project management and agile methodologies and principles. team the team on the client side is 70+ people, including the 15 people from dataart. they use spotifychr(39)s agile delivery model with an asynchronous communications approach. responsibilities management of the software development life cycle, taking responsibility for the implementation of projects active participation in requirements management process management of risks, expectations, and changes day-to-day team management active participation in pre-sales activities and increasing the number of sales to new and existing clients requirements previous software and web development experience in the role of business analyst, software developer, qa, or a project manager experience overseeing all elements of the software development life cycle experience in applying agile development methodologies (agile, kanban) risk management experience understanding and experience with various types of project documentation (project plan, test plan, scenario description) experience working with clients, i.e. building contacts, managing expectations, receiving feedback, discussing requirements, reporting excellent spoken and written english (b2, c1, c2) nice to have product ownership or product management experience experience in managing a group of projects: setting goals, tracking progress experience within the edtech domain
