Finance Manager - real estate construction (Minsk, Belarus)

компания "antal russia" our client is a well-established international real estate investment and management company starting a construction project of a new modern and multifunctional real estate residential complex in minsk. we are seeking to hire a finance manager to support this project onsite and communicate with the financial team of the international investor. the ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization and should be comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting. обязанности: lead financial meetings complete financial accounting and forecasting deliver reports and metrics to leadership feasibility studies business plans international banking preferably from construction /real estate background. требования: bachelorchr(39)s degree or higher in finance 5 - 7 years of relevant financial experience in the real estate industry fluency in microsoft office suite (outlook, excel, word, powerpoint, etc.) detail-oriented and analytical fluency in english and russian. knowledge of arabic – would be a plus. oracle, 1c accounting software условия: office location: minsk, belarus (full-time job in minsk) employment according to the belarus labour code attractive compensation, depends on expereince and seniority level of a candidate
