компания "air liquide" purpose of job: to develop and to lead a sales forecasting and production planning project on a monthly basis (communication and software part) responsibilities: ensure proper communication process between commercial and production teams optimization of the current forecasting business process conduct monthly re-forecasting cadence maintain an existing it solution, as well as developing new modules, measures and interfaces optimize of the current and develop new model of predictive sales analysis (statistical methods and machine learning methods) requirements: higher professional education – it (business analysis, computer science), mathematical (applied mathematics, econometrics), technical (chemical engineering) from hse, mipt, msu, bmstu; experience in business analysis, building business processes, forecasting time series, developing reports in bi systems (powerbi or analog); knowledge of fundamentals of mathematical analysis, probability theory and statistics. econometrics would be as advantage; knowledge of bi systems (powerbi), dax-expressions, m-requests. knowledge of yandex datalens would be as advantage; knowledge of classical algorithms of machine learning is advantage (linear regression, knn, decision trees, gbm); knowledge of python libraries (scikit-learn, statsmodels, pandas, numpy, matplotlib), ability to work in jupyter notebook, but also a willingness to create solutions in the form of a file project; fluent english language (both speaking and writing, ability to conduct business correspondence and live communication). personal qualifications: ability to conduct constructive dialogues, defend onechr(39)s own ideas, defend decisions; ability to work in multitasking mode; be a good team-player and self-organized person.
