Main accountabilities: Functional leading of integration projects on implementing changes in Supply Chain and Logistics business stream: • make process and systems fit/gap analysis; • prepare functional and technical design; • make customizing and prepare developments specifications; • prepare test scenarios, user manuals, conduct trainings for key/end users; • support project go-live and hypercare; • Participate in building of IT and business function integration roadmap. Make estimation of timeline, recourses and other necessary inputs for projects and changes; • Interaction with 3d party providers to control and deliver integration projects according to project plan; • Regular interaction with business stakeholders and key users of Supply Chain / Logistics / Commercial / Planning functions to identify area of improvements and reengineering of business processes. Propose best solutions by choosing right technology tools and rebuilding the processes based on business needs and knowledge of business processes; • Participate in preparing of business cases for financial performance analysis. Align and approve business cases with business stakeholders. Requirements: • Expert knowledge in Supply Chain and Logistics process • Functional knowledge of SAP ERP modules (MM, PP, SD, QM, LE) • Strong communication and presentation skills, being able to explain complex technical topics to non-technical people and vice versa • Strong collaboration & teamwork skills • Ability to prioritize and manage several projects at the same time • Minimum 3 years in a similar role • Higher education (Management Sciences / Engineering / Mathematics) • English B2.
