Pharmacovigilance group manager

EAEU QPPV position is responsible for establishing/improving the safety and pharmacovigilance (PV) strategy according to EAEU requirements.This includes leading and being involved in all post-marketing safety and risk management activities. The incumbent in this position must effectively interface cross-functionally at all levels in the organization as well as external regulatory authorities.Responsibilities Serve as EAEU QPPV and PV subject matter expert for internal audits and EAEU regulatory inspections Ensure that PV activities and procedures are maintained in compliance with all EAEU and global regulations Complete ongoing centralization and standardization of PV activities Manage daily operations of the PV group Supervise the activities and development of PV personnel Develop and manage annual department budget Maintain Safety Agreements process with Contract Organizations Establish key performance metrics to measure compliance and data quality Responsible for PV oversight and supports all promotional and marketing activities Drives initiatives based on company strategic plan and PV objectives Education, Experience & Skills Medical or pharmaceutical degree 6+ years’ experience in PV People management skills Fluent English Superior skills to work with unclear, contradictory, and inconsistent information Strong communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines in a fast-paced working environment
