компания "кентек казахстан,(тоо кктс)" responsibilities: kent is recruiting a regional it lead permanent basis based in atyrau, kazakhstan. you will be responsible to provide 1st line support to the end users in the countries under the geographic scope and to manage outsource suppliers who provide additional resource for support. the role will be responsible for local procurement and build and software install of end user computing, including laptops, desktops, telephony, tablets, following kent it standards. provide level 1 support to kent users at the atyrau, kazakhstan office and on site at the client premises, tco. manage a local team of onsite it engineers based in tengiz but also providing support across kazakhstan and possibly beyond as needed. developing/designing new site offices in terms of active directory components, networking, software/hardware and all other peripherals. 4+ yrs. experience in an information technology environment specializing in service and technical support good communications, interpersonal skills and ability to work with global team fluent english and russian speaker previous experience with lan and secure wireless networks experience of working with it service management software e.g. sysaid possess excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to find root cause and deliver solutions quickly navigate and provide support to active directory and windows server experienced working with microsoft servers & exchange experience of microsoft cloud migration and support experience with backup and restore technologies and processes installation and management of software such as anti-virus and firewall software experience working with microsoft windows 7/10 including desktop applications essential experience of o365 rollout and support it asset management, keeping the it inventory up to date perform daily it tasks such as changing backups, check logs and action items arising. wipe down and reinstall company computers provide clerical support in relation to the ordering of it equipment and supplies monitoring and installation of patch distribution (windows updates) for each site/server monitoring of the kent network security and alerts maintenance of local server rooms and lan environment and wireless network support for iphones and tablets respond to user requests logged via the helpdesk ticketing system or over the phone in a timely fashion and be capable of prioritizing requests correctly. work on a range of issues including but not limited to network connectivity, peripheral connectivity, back- up, backup tapes, recovery, disk space, firewalls, anti-virus, applications, printers, desk phones and file permissions provide technical support at the network level: wan, lan connectivity, routers, firewalls and security. provide daily support to end users on hardware including applications and os for all installed it systems. setup, configure and maintain company it computers, printers etch as per company guidelines. liaise with local management on site setups and infrastructure requirements. provide remote support for teams as required. monitor company network for unauthorized devices if required, assist in local procurement of it assets. support phone devices additional tasks may be required on an adhoc basis. requirements: bachelor of science in computer science or equivalent. mandatory technical skills (level 2 – configure and troubleshoot) itil v3/4 foundation mcsa/mcse (2012/2016) ccna/ccnp previous experience with lan and wireless networks. possess excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to find root cause and deliver solutions quickly. navigate and provide basic support to active directory and windows server. working knowledge of microsoft server & exchange 2003/2010. microsoft windows xp/7 including desktop applications essential working knowledge of symantec backup exec anti-virus and firewall software fluent english and russian speaker be responsible for managing the delivery of it services and maintaining the it infrastructure in the region. coordinate, track, and resolve escalation of desktop support requests (level 1/2) implementation of itil and other standards in the region, issued by the groupchr(39)s technology team. manage the day-to-day operations of the tier 1 team to ensure that requests are fulfilled in accordance with this sla. collaborate with other departments and key users in the region to improve it service delivery. provide 24/7 incident response as needed. tracking and inventory of it assets in the region. conditions: tengiz 28/28, accommodation, transportation
