компания "кентек казахстан,(тоо кктс)" обязанности: the role of regulatory affairs coordinator is to support projects requirements associated with rok and tco standards, certification, turnover documentation, hvac/c&p passports, metrology and coordinate with client to meet overall ra and system completion requirements. implement and control all regulatory affairs requirements for sc projects including: monitoring pre-commissioning and commissioning process in compliance with tco and rok standards requirements. coordinate with regulatory authorities (tco ra, technical supervision, authorship supervision) to reach maximum compliance for the project including sc drawings, qvds, acts, logs/ prikazes/qualification certificates, required documents according to gask requirements. coordination with client regulatory authorities, and response to issues raised by client and rok authorities. maintaining tools for ra tracking and reporting process under project scope, including ra registers, matrices (rvd/qvd, metrology, orders registers). verify and maintain material certifications, employee certifications, orders, equipment certifications as per rok requirements. prepare and maintain sc logbooks as per ra procedure. conduct ra and quality surveillance checks/weekly internal audits according to approval from sc manager at assigned sites regarding the proper management of documentations (conclusions, declaration of conformity, drawings, acts, logbooks, protocols, metrology checksheets) to compliance with tco and rok standards. notify and coordinate with tco ra sc coordinator, authorship & technical supervision to complete rvds/qvds wherever required tco/as/ts authority signatures. track the contractorchr(39)s equipment for compliance to tco and rok standards (industrial safety, ecology). advise project management on appropriate strategies for complying with rok regulatory requirements on tengiz project site. provide assistance within the competence to eliminate violations identified by client regulatory authorities. participate/conducting of facilities acceptance process and manage the process of obtaining declaration on compliance from sub contractors, conclusions on quality and design compliance from technical and authorship supervision reps, acts of acceptance of completed facilities perform the key role as described within the company safety, health & environment policy and statement and for the implementation of programs aimed at attaining zero accidents at work. требования: diploma in civil engineering or similar not less than 3 years of relevant experience experience to be familiar with the rok legislation of construction and commissioning activities to be able to advise of rok requirements computer literate language skills english not less than intermediate условия: rotational 28/28, tengiz transportation, accommodation and 3 times meal
