компания "air energi caspian llp trading as airswift" responsibilities: the electrical protection engineer will manage and undertake electrical engineering, required for successful completion of the ktl switchgear upgrade (ksu) project. the electrical engineer provides technical input to design and procurement technical activities. this position requires a high level of electrical protection systems experience, from 35kv to lv. the ability to model and simulate using etap is essential, as is the ability to read and interpret electrical deliverables. the electrical protection engineer provides technical input to design and procurement technical activities for automation systems, in alignment with lead automation engineer. this position is not responsible for originating electrical engineering deliverables but is responsible for checking engineering contractors’ technical accuracy of design details, independently or with the assistance of the senior or lead electrical engineer. tengiz experience is strongly desirable. base work location will be atyrau. however, upon mutual agreement between the electrical engineer and engineering manager, work location may be modified to (1) elsewhere in kazakhstan, (2) offices outside kazakhstan, or (3) rotation work in tengiz. the eligible candidate must be able to obtain work authorization for the uk, eu and/or cis locations.
