компания "quadcode" hi! we are developing a saas trading platform for clients all over the world. now we are looking for an hr business partner to join the strategic hr team. our strategic hr team is 14 people dedicated to: corporate culture development and support, internal and external communications, training and employee evaluations. our expectations: practical hr experience from 4 years (hr generalist / hrbp / hrd); practical experience in management and administration; experience of working independently on projects; experience of working in the field of conflicts - resolution and facilitation; readiness and desire to help people, find an individual approach to everyone; independence, initiative, result orientation; positive outlook on life, love for people; english c1+. will be a plus: psychology/coaching background; experience in international it companies. what tasks you will face: developing, implementing and supporting the companychr(39)s internal hr processes; implementation of cross-team projects; working with management to implement hr, communications, and other solutions; conducting individual research and consulting on request; situational incident management: working through negativity, escalation of useful information to the manager, incident resolution control, conflict situation mediation support of the employee in all life phases of work in the company (onboarding, organization and support of the process of internal transfer of employees, career development).
