компания "ilf kazakhstan" ilf consulting engineers is a leading engineering and consulting company with 40 offices around the world. since 1967, ilf has successfully executed more than 6000 projects in over 100 countries. we have been working with industry leaders in solving complex engineering and project management challenges in the following sectors: oil & gas, energy and climate protection, water and environment, transport and structures. currently ilf consulting engineers is looking for freelancer recruitment assistant based in almaty office. main responsibilities: work on recruitment, selection, and re-allocation of personnel, based on evaluation of their qualifications, personal and working capacities, and monitor reasonable use of personnel within company departments. provide recruitment, allocation and arrangement of young specialists and workers in accordance with their obtained professions and specialties; jointly with department heads, arrange their internship and adjustment in the working activities. continuously work to provide reserve pool for advancement, based on such organizational practices, as career planning, candidate preparation with individual development plans, rotation of supervisors and specialists, specific trainings, trainee assignments within the appropriate positions. conduct work to updаtеscientific-methodical support for the human resources work, equipment with material and technical, informational support, to implement modern personnel management techniques with use of computer systems, set up database on company personnel, provide its timely updating, quick response for the needed information to users. provide appropriate reporting on recruitment. your profile: higher education degree knowledge of computer based systems including, database management systems, excel, word, microsoft office or equivalent software packages. be proactive, a self-starter and ability to work without supervision. systematic thinker and good organizational skills/ time management. strong personality with ability to be firm and persuasive without authority. team player within and across functions. fluent knowledge of english language is required. 2-3 years of recruitment experience
