компания "jti/japan tobacco international s&d, fllc" quality and process improvement engineer position purpose drive continuous processes control and improvement activities in order to ensure the quality of the product according to specifications, quality standards, delivering planned volume and key performance indicators within mda and ap targets. manage new product implementation in terms of machinery preparation, materials types alignment, as well as new materials testing, start up. lead mp lines data analysis, initiates issues solving activities to ensure productive equipment capacity utilization. lead activities related to product quality requirements, machines modification in line with global initiatives, ntm and tm yield improvement. building effective communication with the partner specialists. ensure product quality requirements fulfillment by the partner personnel. ensure qims, track & trace systems proper performance. what you will do quality process control: provide product quality control check two times a week; analyze quality reports provided by quality department to initiate correction and prediction actions; ensure jti quality control standards are followed by production personnel; initiate root cause analyzes of consumer complaints related to visual defects, unproper machine performance; process improvement: manage activities which aimed equipment modification related to global or npd initiatives; drive, control a project implementation, develop a project completion report; best practices sharing. npd: lead equipment and material tests, as well as data collection and reporting; evaluate plm project requirements to initiate machinery modernization or parameters changing; new product production start-up including coordination with the quality, engineering, production departments and npd. track and trace, movilizer: ensure proper functionality of the system; coordinate timely and effective maintenance, spare parts availability; report malfunctions and drive the correction of a fault; coordinate budgeting and payment for system maintenance, spare parts. we expect from you higher education in engineering; knowledge of production technologies; process improvement programs like: kaizen, tpm, smed, 5s3r, lean; experience in leading teams; russian, english (upper intermediate) fluently written and spoken automation electronic skills; advanced communication and conflict resolution skills; good analytical and decision-making skills; good project management and leadership skills; advanced ms office user. whatchr(39)s in it for you dynamic working environment; team of highly motivated professionals; wide development opportunities; competitive compensation package.
