компания "компания cp hotels atyrau" job summary: according to the specifics of the employment the supervisor of food and beverage must have an adequate knowledge of: legislative and regulatory documents providing the aspects of business and commercial operations; food and beverage manager (immediate supervisor) orders and instructions; legislative and legal acts regulating business and commercial operations; management theories, macro-and micro-economics, business administration, stock exchange, insurance, banking and financial affairs; norms and regulations of labor safety. core work activities: ensures that staff scheduling is executed according to the business needs; ensures during their duty each associate has a clear task assignment for the particular shift. conducts daily trainings, service role games. ensures that outlet’ information boards are clean and up to date at all time ensures when finishing duty that everything is in order. outlet is clean, tables are set and ready for next shift informs direct supervisor about guest complaints or if any problem accurse during the shift immediately/ outlet daily log to be filled and kept in manager’s pigeonhole (tray) in the back office. reports maintenance issues in the f&b outlets on a timely manner and follow up/ manager is to be informed immediately. controls wastage and contribute to cost saving measures of food and beverage department ( breakages, utility, work efficiency) makes sure that all staff follow the hygiene standards ( clean uniform, nails are short and clean, hands wash, hair is tide, shave) submits guests/staff incident reports daily monitors operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage ( to check expire dates on products on regular basis) responsible for control and consumption of stocks to be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned ( chai lounge, baursak and room service are also part of supervisor’s responsibility to check and follow up that everything is in working condition, cleanliness of the outlets projects a favorable image of the company to the public at all times executes other business required duties as per request of direct supervisor and/ or director of operations. education and experience: the person having the higher vocational education (management discipline) or the secondary vocational education and the relevant professional experience for not less than 2 years is appointed to the position of supervisor of food and beverage. knowledge of english, russian languages
