Finance Controller (Investment company)

компания "eiger" looking for the investment company responsibilities: interact and deal with commercial banks on existing and potential projects’ financing; prepare budget consolidation and forecasting; support month-end and year-end closing process; ensure quality control over financial transactions, financial reporting and taxation; cash management\treasury (rolling monthly cash flow forecast, sourcing alternative funding, etc.) high-level financial reporting and analysis; ensure compliance with statutory law, financial and tax regulations; develop financial reviews and providing advice requirements: cpa or acca qualification will be an advantage; proven working experience as a finance controller (or comparable position); more than 5 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience; thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures; bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related fields; knowledge of tax, banking, accounting administrative regulations; excellent communication and people skills; fluent english. conditions: investment company office work salary, medical insurance
