компания "henkel russia" due to the goal to strengthen and develop our local purchasing practicies we are looking for candidates for purchasing specialist position to contribute to logistics category with reporting line to head of ims, rpo & logistics. purchasing department, moscow is a strategic sourcing hub for russia. responsibilities: execute the overall logistic purchasing category management, incl. supplier pool maintenance / review depending on the company’s demand and market situation be responsible for supplier relationship management (commercial negotiations, target dialogues, strategic collaboration etc.) actively collaborate with head of ims & logistics and roll-out strategies and projects on the regional and country level fill in and implement project pipeline in alignment with the head of ims & logistics prepare and conduct sourcing activities from defining the need to signing a contract for logistic categories (mostly in rail & road, warehousing, logistic equipment/pallets) ensure achievement of purchasing kpi’s for logistic and the whole group (e.g. savings, price development, payment terms, supplier base etc.) contribute to the overall framework for the supplier management process, including supplier segmentation, supplier onboarding, and supplier evaluation. actively collaborate with internal stakeholders, understand their needs and act appropriately collaborate with cross-functional teams on sourcing activities. create & updаtеinfo-records in sap and maintain the respective price-list documentation re-act to operative stakeholders’ requests prepare reports & presentations according to internal procedures and requirements requirements: higher education (master degree in logistic area is an advantage). 3+ yearschr(39) work experience in logistics purchasing preferably in an international environment / fmcg english language is essential (upper-intermediate+) good experience and skills in project management motivated, pro-active, self-directed with positive communication style and well developed soft-skills pc skills: ms office, powerpoint, sap what we offer: a unique opportunity to drive forward local market and an extensive work experience in constantly changing environment compensation depends on experience and will be discussed individually (salary+yearly bonus) mobile phone compensation lunches medical and life insurance after 3 months hybrid work model well-being program sick leave is compensated by the company extended paid vacation (31 calendar days per year) opportunity to join a vibrant culture of trust and belonging
