Purchasing Specialist (Technical Supply: Capex, MRO, Utilities)

компания "henkel russia" due to the goal to strengthen and develop our local purchasing practicies we are looking for candidates for purchasing specialist position to contribute to technical supply categoy (capex, mro, utilities) with reporting line to head of ims, rpo & logistics. purchasing department, moscow is a strategic sourcing hub for russia. responsibilities: perform purchasing activities for technical supply: define, prepare, and conduct sourcing activities for technical supply actively collaborate with stakeholders and roll-out strategies and projects on national level plan, complete and implement project pipeline based on company’s demand in alignment with the head of ims & logistics be responsible for purchasing kpi’s for technical supply support an overall framework for the supplier management process, including supplier segmentation, supplier onboarding, and supplier evaluation develop and manage relationships with strategic suppliers that contribute to higher performance of the company foster and manage relationships with internal stakeholders understand internal stakeholder requirements and define, develop, and implement the optimal strategy for henkel that delivers objectives lead cross-functional teams for sourcing activities analyse the local ims supplier base and identify potential for source to pay (stp) automation prepare reports according to internal procedures and requirements requirements: higher education. 3 + yearschr(39) work experience in international procurement / purchasing (preferably in technical supply purchasing) english language is essential (upper-intermediate+) motivated, pro-active, self-directed. with positive communication style and well-developed soft skills pc skills: office 365, sap what we offer: a unique opportunity to drive forward local market and an extensive work experience in constantly changing environment compensation depends on experience and will be discussed individually (salary+yearly bonus) mobile phone compensation lunches medical and life insurance after 3 months hybrid work model well-being program sick leave is compensated by the company extended paid vacation (31 calendar days per year) opportunity to join a vibrant culture of trust and belonging
