компания "deloitte, caspian region" требуемый опыт работы: до 1 годаdeloitte is seeking hr admin intern/specialist to join the global employer services group within tax department at the almaty office. every story has a beginning deloitte is one of the leading international professional services firms that offers audit, consulting, corporate finance, enterprise risk, and tax and legal services. our vision and strategy, developed in collaboration with leadership and member firm partners from around the world, focuses on working together as one across geographic, functional, and business borders to deliver excellence in all of the services provided by the member firms. responsibilities: hr paperwork management: prepare labor contracts, addendums, orders, appointment memos and other related documents work on various shadow payroll, local payroll outsourcing and hr administration projects, payroll review and payroll-related tax review projects (monthly payroll calculations, payroll-related tax calculations, tax and statistical reporting, hr administration, journal entries, different payroll-related reports) and reporting to senior personnel working with 1c salary and hr administration (zup) software: input, reports, settings, working with software provider, checking of data processed by junior colleagues running of several projects (prioritizing tasks, daily communication with clients, planning of work and resources, reporting to senior colleagues, controlling of timely and accurate completion of tasks, working with the state authorities) preparation/writing of drafts of labor law recommendations, reports, memorandums and other deliverables analysis of legislative changes, opinions of the state authorities preparation of services proposal documentation, assisting with tender documentation, marketing materials, engagement letters for clients requirements: higher education in hr, accounting, finance, economics ability to work with big data with efficient excel formulas, being attentive to details and figures fluent spoken and written russian good written and oral communication skills in english (intermediate+) the following will be recognised as an advantage: expertise with 1c (zup) experience related to payroll, kazakhstani legislation on personal taxation and labor matters we offer: good salary and transparent career and professional development system comprehensive health, life, travel insurance programmes professional training and development, and certification ability to work to flexible schedules and remotely comprehensive corporate discount programme child care benefits and adoption leave policy well-being, mobility programmes
