компания "viatris" deputy chief accountant / accountant group head/ cluster lead / shared services lead job description & qualifications every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the rtr process lead role will make an impact: key responsibilities for this role include: responsible and accountable for the service delivery of the bpo provider within the area of gl-, fixed asset-, intercompany accounting, ar, cash application, billing and treasury activities act as key contact with gis senior leadership team and several departments and provide support for the stakeholders provide control and quality oversight of financial processes being migrated into gis/bpo from source countries partner with project teams in negotiations with countries to assess the scope of activities migrated to gis and bpo or retained in countries oversee the efforts to test and implement of global sap instance for newly transitioned countries host and lead conference calls and communicate effectively with senior management to address issues impacting multiple departments ensure compliance with local and us gaap & sox and adherence to service level agreements (sla) identify and document key risks to segregation of duties. recommend mitigation plans and implements actions operate and challenge internal controls. continuously assess if control environment needs to be expanded and applied outside of immediate scope key liaison on all audit / compliance related matters and advisor to the local finance team in accounting, or local statutory and regulatory issues ensure all assigned duties are being performed within the agreed timeline and within the guidelines of the company’s internal controls, policies, and procedures effectively supervise the group of operational experts within the department by providing leadership through objective setting, delegation, and communication. assist in the hiring and succession planning for the department. identify process improvements to gain efficiencies and participate on cross-functional initiatives. manage resources identified to implement changes. work with other departments in the development and implementation of changes to current systems or the implementation of new systems. the minimum qualifications for this role are: minimum of a bachelor degree with 3-6 years of management experience of which a proven track record is presented as team lead / manager strong knowledge of different process areas such as: ptp, otc, rtr and treasury six sigma or acca qualification is a differentiating advantage confident user of sap and microsoft office manage service on tower level and cross-department wise as well with focus on issue resolution must possess strong accounting, supervisory, excellent organization, planning, problem-solving, and follow-up skills proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing english is required
