Campaign Operations Intern

As Campaign Operations Intern, this role is responsible for supporting execution of CRM campaigns, operational support for on-going management of price updates, prices documentation and UAT of retention flows. The Intern works with Adobe Campaign service platform as well as in-house communications tools and systems. Reporting to the Campaign Operations Group Manager, this role will also work closely with the Senior Retention Manager. Responsibilities: Support implementation and maintaining of CRM communications: IPM (in-product marketing) and Email deliveries. Provide testing, QA of IPM and Email campaigns; Edit, troubleshoot HTML for Email communications; Help team to gather analytics regarding already launched campaigns and monitor key performance reports; Create JIRA tasks helping to deliver price updates and product launches; Support investigation and documentation of current pricing in Marketplaces and Tangible; Provide UAT of retention flows as required (e.g. new site migration, cart launch, new pricing or promo launch) Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree, preferably in IT, Marketing or a related field Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail Ability to effectively balance various tasks simultaneously and adapt to shifting or competing priorities Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a desire to learn new tools and technologies
