Country Manager (Indonesia)

Go Mobile is an international advertising agency, operating worldwide with its focus on mobile marketing and MarTech solutions. Currently, we are looking for a Country Manager to work in the Jakarta Office. Responsibilities: General overseeing of local business development; People & office: building, maintaining, training and motivating the team of professionals (with the help of HR); Finances and administrative tasks: optimization of the taxable base, cost optimization, control over the payment of taxes, fees, accounts payable; Reports on the work of the branch Support of key clients; Work on billing growth; Search for the points of growth, formation of growth hypotheses and their implementation. Qualifications: Experience in digital in managerial positions (Business Development or HR background would be an advantage); Excellent communication and presentation skills; Experience in participating in the recruitment of employees, team building andcoaching; Fluency in English.
