Demand Planning Manager( EVYAP International Russia )

компания "evyap international russia" evyap - an international fmcg company represented by such brands as duru, arko men, fax, evy baby, activex, clean & white is looking for a demand planning manager. responsibilities: demand planning process leadership and coordination including demand meetings facilitation (part of s&op process). rolling forecast development/updаtеfor 12 month by channel/sku in units and rur. statistical forecasting and promo planning. build strong communication and info-flow with sales and marketing team to timely adjust sales forecast. maintain quotas/product allocations according to agreed sales forecast. maintain and improve demand forecasting tool (excel) and lead sap apo implementation. control budget plan fulfilment, ytd/ytg sales analysis. back up for supply planning manager. reporting demand kpis (service rate, forecast accuracy, slobs etc). desired skills & experience: 3+ years similar experience. fmcg experience as a big plus. pc - experienced user. sap - experienced user. fluent english. we offer: competitive salary and annual bonus based on performance. medical insurance after probation period. meal compensation. hybrid work format. comfortable office close to shabolavskaya metro station. opportunities for growth and development.
