компания "crystalia glass llc" our ideal candidate is excited about working in a fast-paced culture, organized, has strong prioritization skills, can be flexible when challenges arise, has a deep desire to develop and mentor others, and wants to work in a fast growing nyc based company. the key challenge for this role is to build a successful sales team. you’ll be responsible for setting up and accomplishing new sales strategies and goals. your efforts will be supported by direct guidance and input from the owner/ceo, and other teammates as required.one of the most important conditions for hiring is a successful assessment of product knowledge after completing the training. the role is a full time, salaried position. responsibilities responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: understand and promote the crystalia glass goals, priorities and lifestyle to the team. assess current sales statistics, develop and implement new plans leading to sales increase in key market segments. motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service, work environment and sales results. conduct annual performance evaluations of team members and provide them with consistent mentorship, support them in reaching and exceeding their goals perform daily sales activities, anticipating clientchr(39)s needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. participation in the recruitment and training of new team members with involvement and support from the owner/ceo and others participate in weekly strategic meetings with owner/ceo and company’s top management. responsibility to report during these working sessions as required. providing feedback to advise on improving and developing the sales department qualifications 7 - 10 years of related sales experience, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience. computer literate in word processing, spreadsheets and presentations excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively communicate and cooperate documented track record of success, letter of recommendation from previous employer outstanding team-building and leadership skills, as a positive and encouraging leader solid analytical skills comfortable while working independently in a busy and sometimes high pressure environment a very organized, strong a-player who takes initiatives and anticipates opportunities and problems, with an ability to see the “big picture” and drive business to achieve results can provide new and creative ideas to get things done willing to work as part of a diverse team, taking mentorship from multiple partners to achieve desired outcomes job type: full-time, remotely pay: fixed salary and commission based on goals performed benefits: paid sick leave paid time off your resume should be emailed with “remote sales team lead” in the subject. candidates without a resume will not be considered for the position.
