компания "fe llc huawei tech investment tashkent" vacancy description: responsible for telecommunication project delivery management as pd/pm; experience in project progress /risk management/cost control/customer satisfaction management/leadership; have the finance management basic knowledge about estimation/budget/accounting ; have telecom technical background. duties: as pd/pm, responsible for : attaining project objectives. specific responsibilities include: focus on customer requirements and improve customer satisfaction through value presentation. could manage customer expectation very well, good relationship with customer (cxo level); ensure the project is delivered in line with the contract and implemented according to the budget, and take responsibility for achieving project objectives; coordinate resources to formulate and ensure effective implementation of the project delivery strategy and solution; make decisions and control measures for major issues and risks, and promptly inform executives of any issues and risks beyond the capability of the project team to ensure they are managed in a closed-loop cycle; develop project planning rules and lead the formulation of a project master plan; regularly monitor project progress, identify issues affecting project progress, and formulate solutions for closed-loop management. requirements: bachelor degree or above, major in communications, computer science or related education; 3+ years project director experience in telecom; fluent in english, upper intermediate at least; strong experience with project management methodologies like pmp and etom associated tools; technical background; pmp process knowledge; excel advanced user; excellent communication and team building skills; demonstrated leadership qualities; conflict/issue resolution skills; excellent oral presentation and written communications skills; outstanding time management skills; ability to work under constant pressure. work conditions: work in the tashkent office. oybek metro station; opening hours: 9: 00-18: 00 lunch 12: 30-13: 30; working days: 5/7 monday - friday; days off: saturday, sunday; probation period: 3 months; the working language is english. knowledge of spoken english is required. the interview held in english. monthly mobile charges medical insurance bonuses
