компания "kertios consulting" kertios consulting focuses on management consulting and information technologies, identifies and accompanies business changes when moving to new processes or introducing new systems. established in 2004 in paris, kertios consulting brings together over fifty professional employees with a lot of experience around the world. our branch in moscow requires an ambitious and enthusiastic professional with financial and administrative experience. don’t hesitate to send your motivation letter and cv to live the kertios consulting experience. job description: hr manager functions: preparation of orders, coordination of contracts and addendums for employees; migration support for highly qualified specialists (visa, work permission, migration registration, payroll notification); vacation registration; internal time-sheets registration; salary payments control; registration and proper keeping of all documents; work with primary documentation in internal and external accountant databases. financial control functions under hq supervision: gathering project time sheets for client invoicing and preparation of monthly invoices; following supplier/contractor costs and related payments; preparing weekly payment orders based on cash availability; preparing monthly reporting pack based on accountants & branch director’s inputs; dealing with administrative procedures in tax office, banks, fms and etc. administrative functions: travel assistance for the kertios moscow team; creating and uploading expense reports for the branch director and consultants in 1c; managing daily relationships with kertios paris admin team; assisting with marketing and event planning for clients; office management (purchasing office equipment, communication with suppliers); translation fm/to russian fm/to english of documents, by requests expected skills work experience in international companies (more than 1 year); knowledge of contractual and financial reporting, hr documents; strong microsoft office skills; good written and oral communication skills; russian & english speaking. french speaking will be a strong plus; conflict management skills. special conditions: moscow based office; hybrid work format (3 days at the office per week); medical insurance; mobile phone compensation.
