компания "буркит интернешнл" terms and conditions: atyrau, 5/2, mon-fri 09.00-18.00 provided: medical insurance, lunch. job duties: assistance to general director: carries out of his office and apartments (cleaning, operation of air conditioning, heating, lighting and any other need, provision of necessary equipment, office suppliers, etc.), prepares gd’s schedule for a day*, serves tea/coffee for gd or his visitors*, maintains a database of gd’s contacts (scanning business cards)*; keeps and draws up minutes of meetings and sessions (if necessary)*; carries out gd’s and management’s certain official assignments regarding his activities. *these duties are performed during general director’s visits in atyrau (once a quarter). 2. assistance to chief accountant: checks suppliers’ invoices, return acts of acceptance or other accounting documents to suppliers, insert into 1c database the primary accounting documentation, assistance to chief accountant in inventory of fixed assets. keeps records of fixes assets in 1c database (movement, write-off). 3. travel arrangements: loi, visas, flights, accommodation, transfer, notification to migration police of foreigner’s arrival). 4. office management: office furniture, stationary, house items, food products. 5. coordinates and controls the work of: the driver (developing a schedule for using the company’s vehicles, control of fuel and lubricants use, order of fuel and lubricants). taxi services (if necessary), housemaids in gd’s apartments. 6. outgoing and incoming correspondence, coordination of courier deliveries. 7. assistance in hr (if required). 7. orders business cards for employees of the company, corporate marketing products, gifts, 9. coordinates corporate mobile communications. 10. keeps records of contracts, agreements, orders, supplementary agreements and annexes to them (scanning, printing, updating database, control delivery of originals by recipients).rporate events (if required). 11. provides written and oral translations from/into english (if required). 12. provides full administrative support to company staff. qualification requirements: higher educational degree; experience in similar position for at least 1 (one) year. professional knowledge, skills and abilities: fluent speaker in english, russian, kazakh. microsoft office; office equipment operation; office documents filing and archiving standards; travel; basics of ethics and rules of business communication; negotiation skills; procedure for the conclusion and execution of contracts; basics of 1c program (preferrable);
