WHAT YOUchr(39)LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY Support meeting place in leading, implementing and developing a community engagement plan, specific activities, strategies, talking points. Be the ambassador of our brand and values, being aware of how it is perceived in the local market. Use this insight in our marketing and engagement plans; Co-operate with local communities, built communities around Meeting Place and explore community insights and reinforce granular knowledge and loyalty to the Meeting Place; Cooperate with local authorities and engage local community into co-creation of community-engagement activities, Meeting Place initiatives and innovation projects; Authentically integrate community and public city activities into Commercial calendar of the Meeting place. Integrate the Meeting place into the life of the local communities. Plan and promote though all media channels campaigns to increase community engagement rate; Co-create Community spaces in the Meeting Place for active interaction, both on-line and off-line, being the platform for Community initiatives, growing Community talents, rising stars, supporting local start-ups & translating Meeting Place uniqueness; Engage Community members in creating and driving the sustainability agenda, promote Meeting Place involvement in social responsibility topics on the local market; Develop Meeting Place loyalty program – increase number of members, partners, ambassadors, awareness and engagement rate among local community, integrate Loyalty program related events into Commercial calendar of the Meeting Place. WHAT YOUchr(39)LL NEED TO HAVE Experience in community management, marketing and communication or a related fields not less than 3 years; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Organizational skills; Strong event management skills (preferably public events like shows, festivals, meetups, public talks); Copywriting & PR skills; Creativity and concepting skills; Knowledge of local communities, opinion leaders, activists etc.; Knowledge in visual content, graphic design, SMM are welcome; English – Intermediate level and higher; Russian excellent written and spoken, grammar and style; Knowledge of graphics software is a plus.
